Another Problem

Well the past three weeks have been just crazy: broken windshield, fouled plugs, broken flywheel that destroyed starter, flat tire, new clutch and now this all at 10K miles:

I keep getting this grinding noise ((sort of) from the middle of my car ...it sounds kinda like a speaker with static that can be found right behind the front cupholders that is present at idle....and gets really loud when I accelerate...the car drives completely normal and I haven't thrown the cel...

apparantly from searching the forums i've found that it sounds like a tranny related problem...however shifting isn't a problem for me and driving seems none the worse with the noise...

IT KEEPS GRINDING AND ITS DRIVING ME MAD!!! Started yesterday and the dealerships are closed on the weekend...Is it ok for me to drive it the 150 miles I need to to get back to town so I can take it to my local dealer on Monday? I don't want to do any major damage but I need to get back Sunday night without exception.

It sounded like I hit something really hard underneath my car while I was driving like 35 yesterday afternoon ((nothing around)). And then this all started

Man, you're having a really bad time with this car. Unfortunately, no one here can tell you if it's safe to continue driving the car since no one knows what is causing the noise. If you think you may have hit something, find a gas station or shop that will put the car up on their lift so that you can check out the underbody for suspicious dents, dangling/loose components or road debris.
