another brake issue

I have buy rx8 cosmo with dsc.
The car is seating about 6 years.
I have paint the car and the engine bay so I have take out the power brake booster abs and calipers.
Before I install it back to the car I have rebuild the calipers with new service kit.
After my first bleeding I have no brake at all about 10%, the pedal go all the way down.
I re bleed the system according the service manual first MC then passenger rear wheel drivers rear wheel front right front left and again MC
There is very very little difference little better but still no brake you can not drive the car.
I suppose that after all that years of seating the brake booster or MC is faulty so I buy a set from a accident car who I know that brakes works.
So I bleed again all the system 3 times and the last with the engine running.
The brakes is working but not well The first 20 cm of the pedal is on air no braking and after that distance begin braking and before rich the floor is strong enough to activate even the abs.
I can drive the car now but is very dangerous.
I try and the check valve I try from my fd there is nothing change.
Also I check the power brake booster with mityvac and is ok no vacuum leak at all
I am thinking maybe is braking lines and I am looking for high pressure lines to buy but because is expensive before I buy I would like to know and yours opinions.
Also even who I have change the MC I am still thinking that maybe is not ok the new one too.
And something more who I dont think that matters but just in case , I have dynomat in engine bay and also behind the power brake booster I left open the screw holes and ofcourse the hole for actuator.

I suspect it most likely has air in the master cylinder, it can be a bit tricky to get it all out

the 2004-2005 cars has a bleed screw on the MC, but Mazda changed the MC design in 2006 and eliminated it. They’re not directly compatible with each other and can’t be interchanged.

Isn't there a bleed procedure for the ABS module as well?
I don't think new lines are needed, if you had a hole in a line, you would be finding fluid on the floor, not air in the line.

And this might be silly, but the calipers are not on upside down, are they? The bleed screws are at the top?
