ABS and TRACTION after re-start
2004 RX8 GT 6sp
64xxxmi
K&N Intake, Catback, Mizu Radiator/Fan Pack, Ksport Coilovers, Progress Sways
all stock interior/exterior lighting
1/1/2012-Brand New Battery
So i recently took the 8 off of daily driver status and it gets driven about twice a week for 10 miles or so each 'outing'. Upon cold start, all is good all warning lights go out after a few seconds of "key ON". driving is fine. If i turn the car off after it warms up, then try to restart to go home, the ABS and TRACTION light (car drifting looking icon) stay illuminated. After the car sits another day or two i go to drive it again and the lights go out till it either 1) warms up and the lights come on sometime during the drive or 2)upon warm restart.
Upon searching around, mine seems different than the others' problems as my cruise control still is fully operational, and the resistances from all the speed sensors are al within tolerance per the service manual. and also it is not triggered by turning on the headlights.
Any other tips before i hand it over to the dealer?

Voids warranties
Don't know for sure but I remember reading a few posts kicking around here about the tail/brake lights affecting those lights some how. Try looking for that?
