CA 8 has been sittin, now got issues. Help?

My tire blew, so haven't been driving it much. Left it sitting there for about two weeks.... Got a new tire and tried to start it up... Cranked but didnt fire up.. brought to the dealership.. they said it was my starter, spark plugs, and battery.. and they tried to charge me $800 for all that.. and this is why you don't go to the stealership... can anyone lend a hand (literally) or gimme some advice? Anyone with smiliar issues??

Did you disconnect the battery while it sat for two weeks?
If the battery voltage drops below 5, there is no chance it'll recharge.
A weak battery combined with our weak starter (unless you got an upgraded starter) could have caused the engine to flood.
People usually get new plugs after they de-flood the engine.

So lets start back at the top.... was the battery disconnect and what is the voltage at currently?

Yeah my battery died, i jumped it.. also got it charged at autozone... so it wasnt the battery completely... i also suspected the flood.. so i did the unflood process with holding down the gas...
any other ideas?

The de-flood with the gas pedal has never worked for me, though I perform that before moving onto other methods that have worked.
Here are a few:

My car flooded inexplicably after sitting for 6 days also. I drained my battery in the process also and then jumping the car failed (because it was still flooded)

My money is on flood - to the point that you may have to pull the spark plugs or try the windshield washer fluid method.
