5th Gear tisking

5th Gear tisking
I can't describe it but it can be heard outside the car and slightly inside and every time I shift into 5th gear it makes a tisking, squeaky, rattly noise. I can't 100% describe it but thats the best I can do. Anyone know what that could be?
