I just recently replaced my third break light, yet that didn't seem to fix the problem. The old bulb was perfectly fine too but I changed it just in case.


Any ideas on what may be the problem?
I already checked the fuze.

Check the wire harness that goes into the trunk lid.

 

Coulda swore I saw Charles type "as the kid is opened and closed"

 

The fuze is okay.
And everything is plugged up nice and tight.

Im pretty sure the wiring harness is too.
What is the best way to check to see if its broken?

 

A multimeter.

 

or a known working bulb. take a bulb from somewhere else and plug it in

 

Corroded or rusted bulb holder?
