120,000 miles on my engine

been having stalls and rough idle when starting that went away after 30-40 seconds. I replaced the plugs and coils but it came back so I took it to a rotary mechanic. Short story, he did a coolant pressure test, I'm getting water in my engine. Need a new one.

Are there any temporary fixes for this? Had to ask.

How do you know you don't have a bad radiator?

Check to see if there is water in the oil.

There is a tool that you use for the exhaust in coolant test. It uses a blue liquid that when exposed to exhaust gas turns yellow. Ask what test he did?

Ahh, hey its you !

that sucks, You came a bit late, Mazmart was running a crazy promotion, 1900 bux "brand new Reman engines" + Shipping (about 2-300 bux extra.)

temporary fix? well, the motor is all fudged up anyway, u can just pour some stop leak crap into it and see if it helps ...

Look into your coolant bottle, see if u can see any oil flowing around ?

Probably just Cooling system pressure test.

Its a pump thing that u build pressure in the system, and wait 10 or 20 minutes or something, if the pressure stays, its good, if it drops. no good.

He did a pressure test to the radiator or whatever and said once he started it after a whole lot of white smoke came out until the water burnt out. Was quoted about $4000 for reman

Sounds like the coolant seals are toast.
