wierd problem

wierd problem
whenever i turn my car on and engage the clutch, and when i let off the clutch it makes this wierd rumble ticking noise? what is it? i dont understand it and whenever im at a stoplight, and its in neatrul the car like every 3-4 sec rattles or something i dont get it..
