I hope this is not a repost (yes I did a quick search), but from what I hear the Inter-X and MicroTech LT10 are basically the same. The difference you ask...so far I only see a price difference...

So, my question is why can't I just get the MicroTech instead of the Inter-X considering it can do the same thing and cost alot cheaper?????

Well...it's kinda like CZ and E-manage. The Interceptor comes with the custom harness, programming and the R&D to get it to work with the sensor wheel......the guts are by Microtech....

 

by the time you configure the microtech in the same fashion, its almost the same price.

Your paying for a plug and play solution. If you don't want pnp, our megasquirt project is much cheaper, but about as far from pnp as possible.

 

Actually the Interceptor-X is a propriatary unit designed for the American market RX-8. It is not a run of the mill Lt-10, there are some major differences. Did you guys notice there is a group buy going on for $1499 right now in the Mazsport vendor forum?

The group buy sound great, but still too rich for my blood. Again...you guys have a very good product, so don't get me wrong, but it's just still to pricy for me.
