Who makes the electric terminals
short of taking them off a damaged harness in a salvage yard your easiest bet is to buy a piggyback adaptor harness and swap out whatever you need
finding new OEM connectors is almost impossible, the OE harness is very expensive even used

I'm an engineer in the electronics industry and occasionally specify or even design connectors. Tyco and Amp are the two biggest players in the industry. Samtec is another. Almost all connectors are either custom or semi-custom, and neither Tyco or Amp will sell you less than 10,000 at a time, especially if you aren't one of their customers. You may be able to get a sample if you know who to ask. However, if this is a custom connector they will not sell them to you. The ones I use tend to be covered by copyright and contract, if not actual patents. If Tyco or Amp sold you one of the connectors I had custom designed, they would be sued out of existance.
If the connector happens to be one of their standard lines, you can usually get them from Digikey, Newark, Mouser, Arrow, or one of the other electronics suppliers.
Large connectors are very expensive and often require special tools to assemble.
I'm not going to tear apart my car to figure out what connector you are talking about, but if you can provide me a few good pictures of it I should be able to identify if it is a standard one or not and how to get one.

The PCM connectors are made by Tyco and are available piecemeal. The exact same connectors are also used in the PCMs of some Toyotas, Subarus and Mitsubishis.
Easiest way to get them, however, is as Team mentioned - buy a piggy-back harness.
