Where is the stock oil pressure sensor and temp sensor?

Temp sensor is in the thermostat housing left front where the rad hose comes out of the block

Oil pressure is on the rt rear...kinda above the spark plugs

Isn't right/left convention from sitting in the car, in which case the spark plugs would be on the left?
