All I can say is two people have installed the HKS type-0 without any problems. One person tried an Apexi and is having problems, another tried an HKS type-1 and has problems. No idea why either isn't going well.

as long as it works, doesnt matter what brand.
have had apexi (pen style) and pivot super baby timers, and have had NO problems.... have also tried mechanice style (ie. ME), that worked fine also.... :D
the rule of thumb is that for the last couple minutes towards your destination, take it easy

if your not 1st your last
I had all of them and only one I hated and had problems with is the apexi t.t and blowoff valve for that matter.greddy was easy and never malfunctioned,hks but pricey
