Wind chill has nothing to do with what antifreeze mix you need.

Peak 50/50 should be fine. Name brand, customary ratio. Most antifreeze jugs (at least the unidluted ones) have a chart of freezing temperature vs mix ratio. You can go **** and start comparing those numbers to historic low temperatures in your almanac.

good thing about Global lifetime is that it does not eat soft seals, but need to do a complete flush, which will be pretty costly.
