Warranty coverage ...

I had an appointment with Manhattan Mazda today (thats where I got my car from). Cuz I have a bunch of things I want them to *Fix* for my car. See pictures.

When I told them the *airbag/horn* part rattles like nuts(picture 1 in circle)It sound like he never heard of the problem. then he said he will *check it*, but if its not warranty covered, for example, been in accident before. then it will not be covered. I was like hmm ... ok ..........

Then, the second part, cuz sometimes its really hard to shift into first, so he asked

He: "When did you try to shift it into 1st"
Me: "Of course at a stop light(its true)"
He: "Well because it could be the clutch, and its not covered"
Me: "It could be the clutch bracket, because its hard to notice, I actually have to cawl down there 4-5 times before I actually saw a tiny little crack @ the weld on the side"
He: *typing the invoice*
Me: "and sometimes its hard to shift from 1st to 2nd as well*

but thats he put into the invoice(Picture 2), Now I just wanna know for those who had their Clutch bracket replaced, my bracket's *broken part* is not that obvious, its really small and even I had a hard time pointing it. So now Im wondering, what can I do to make him replace the *clutch bracket* for free ? just keep on bitching or something ? I dont want to do that cuz the service writer seems like a nice guy.
