want a DIY for chnagine out old engine for new one

can someone create a DIY for engine install i am installing a new engine soon and would like to have this when i go to do it... I have never done an engine swap, but would feel very comfortable doing an old 350 carb engine.. I have alot of experience just not doing engine swaps.. thanks in advance....

the easiest way to think of it is like this.

look at the engine, picture a halo around it. Nothing should cross over this halo, anything that does needs to be removed and swung into the engine bay or onto the motor to be removed with it.

You could disassemble most of the intake to make it easier. I'll wait for someone else to chime-in tho as i remove all my motors on a lift so i can do it the easy way by dropping it with the whole subframe/front suspension lol.

most of us take it out the top. if you can do a v/8 swap you can do this. basic rules apply. label your lines/wires/coils etc. Getting the shop manual would also be a good idea--as the tq numbers on certain bolts etc will come in handy. Did mine in the backyard with 2 dogs for help.
