You have to disconnect that hose and cover it with your thumb...once you have a person in the car and its warm....let go of yer thumb and put in the Seafoam while the person in the car makes sure the car doesn't die from chugging. After finishing with the seafoam let the car die and wait for half hour or so before starting it.

When you do start it, it maybe hard and will idle ruff bt will smoothen out slowly

Hope this helps

In your case what I am thinking happened is that the Seafoam was sitting in your intake...and when you finally began driving it..it went in the throttle body and made it chugg and then stalled. SO in other words nothing bad happened..

Just wait for sometime and then start the car..bt make sure the car starts the first time since its a Rotary and Flodding issues blah blah

THANKS!!!
I disconnect the end that goes into the firewall & pour down that end, right?
also, should i have any problems w/ my soaked k&n filter???

As if right now I'd just wait and also let you Air filter dry before you do anything. Once it does drive the car for a week and then do it..

Right now just concentrate on starting the car and letting it idle smoothly

you disconnect whichever way the suction is, and you dont pour it. As descriebed a couple posts up you drop the vac hose into the can of sea foam and let it suck it up. Once the sea foam is gone then you connect the hose back where it came from.

ok... the car idles just fine now & i don't have a CEL.
i checked under the hood & my soaked filter seems to be drying up well...
i saw a rubber hose that comes out of the fire wall just to the LEFT (not behind) of the brake fluid container. it doesn't connect directly into the throttle body, though. it goes passed the TB & connects somewhere around the manifold... not sure if this is the right hose or not... can anyone help w/ this?
thanks
