It's not so much a chicken and egg thing. Upgrading the driver is always the best mod.

I'll try to hit up GT East and get some better tires. After that, I'll go with strut tower bars and sways if needed.

Took the car for an aggressive drive today. It's the tires. I knew they sucked, but didn't realize just how bad. Sidewalls are too soft... now on to find a suitable set of replacements.
