Turbo Timer Question

I successfully installed my GReddy turbo timer today. My only question to those of you who have one installed, is how long to you have the timer programmed for? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

30 secs is good enough for easy, regular driving. anything harder than regular driving should be above that.
