TPS and speedometer wire locations

I know tps and speedo wire locations have been asked for before, I found them so thought I'd make a post.

I located a tps wire that gives absolute throttle position measured at the throttle plate. It is located at the factory ecu in the first plug location 1J. It provides 0.4-0.8v with 0% throttle, 3.8-4v at 100% throttle, and with all the values inbetween. The attached pic shows the tps wire location in the harness.

The speedometer wire is a green w/ red located in the radio harness

On the topic of instrument cluster wiring, where can I find a wiring diagram for the whole instrument cluster? I'm looking into splicing a switch into the ABS/DCS warning light wires. I don't know if the cluster is entirely digital however - or if it's partly analog: which wires illuminate which warning lights.

The speedo has to come off of the transmission control box(or something like that) I have yet to find that box. It does not come out of the factory ECU. Not that I could figure out.

Im sure I have read somewhere in here, the speedo wire is connected to the ABS, though I could be mistaken .

No, the speed is read from the ABS, and ABS got it from the wheels sensors.

Thats why if ABS goes bad, u will not get the speed at all

and when u have Mazda's IDS, you can use it's monitor pid to read each sensor's speed.
