TPMS fix
this should work? For everyone that has a spare tire, if you put all the sensors inside the spare tire or lets say a wheel barrel tire. the system would not trigger, and you would also know when your spare is getting low. LOL!!!

sensors activate when the tire spins... a better idea that yours was tried, and failed..

You could take the wheel barrel tire and mount it on a wheel chair motor in your trunk, powered through a solid-state motor controller tied to the wheel speed sensor.
That'll give you the inertial component as well as the pressure component.
Or, you could just ignore the light.

I think you coould just attach the wheel barrow tire to the back of the car with the 4 TPMS' duct taped to it so they rotate . Like a little wheelie bar.

Or...you could buy TPMS compatible rims? Why lose the function? I think its cool that it warns you of low pressure. Especially since most of us do not have spares.

You stop seeing the light after about 6 months.
