Torque specs for rear suspension

Does anyone have or know where I can get the torque specs for the entire rear suspension system?
There is information in the lowering springs DIY but it does not contain the specs for things like the control arms and such.

Thanks

Let me make sure I understand these figures.

For the rear sway bar u-brackets where it bolts onto the car, is the torque spec (in foot lbs) between 17.6 - 26.5????? They give you a range?

Yes, it's kind of silly that they give you a range. But make sure you look at the correct numbers. In the bottom right hand corner there is a key like N-m(Kgf-m, ft-lbf). The ft/lbs for the bracket bolt would be 13.0-19.5 in the 17.6-26.5(1.80-2.70,13.0-19.5). Hope this helps.

It's pretty standard for torque callouts to be given in a range, as there is some uncertainty in most tools (along with their operators). Just set your torque wrench for about the middle of the range given and you'll be fine.

Well, I finally did the unthinkable and broke one of my rear sway bar bracket bolt. The 12mm nut took the exposed (RWD-facing) bolt by shearing it clean. 99940-0801 is the nut that threads onto the bolt, which seems to be soldered onto the bracket. The backside of the bolt is rounded and flat. There is no part # for the bolt in question, as far as I can tell!

Should I try drilling and back out the bolt from the backside of the bracket (if not soldered), or just have one nut securing the bracket on the rear passenger side? Haven't tried hammering the remaining bolt out for the fear of chewing up the thread.

My dealer put in a new bolt for $35 when I broke mine.

Thanks for digging up the link reference, baggy.

$35 seems ok as the last resort. I'll try what I can first myself.

If you have a drill then it should be no problem doing it yourself. Just drill it out and insert a new bolt. The only problem is that with out a lift it may a little awkward. Good Luck
