Im not very experienced yet in car mods, but even i know that if something reports gains or TOO much for a price TOO low... IT USUALLY IS!!! but, in my limited experience, i have also seen n heard of a few exceptions. but just a few.

im assuming that this is the case on this item. i was surfin the net lookin at parts n mods when i landed on ebay. now i know that there of course are different chips, tuning methods, etc out there that really can give you somewhat of an improvement if used correctly.

but this item is just one of those that seems too good to be true, especially at this price... =/ does anyone know anything about this, or seen/used one or anything? i appreciate any feedback i get. theres a lil part of me hopein that someone knows about these, and that there is a decent gain. thanks all.

^ Yes it is.

Until the AccessPORT finally broke open the ECU, none of the piggyback methods were very effective. Most were downright dangerous for your engine.

The biggest boost from ECU changes comes from directly changing the maps via AccessPORT, ProTuner, etc... Nothing you try to piggyback is going to be any better, and trying to fake the signal is playing russian roulette with your engine.

yeah, i was looking at maybe getting the accessport. is it pretty user friendly? cuz im kinda new to mod'ing, but im learnin.
