is there a bigger clutch slave cylinder?
I installed a new exedy 6 puck clutch with new pressure place , new throw out bearing and new pilot bearing. It feels when I am letting go of the clutch pedal it jerks a little, if I rev up the engine it doesn't jerk. Do they make a bigger clutch cylinder?

I have read other posts on like subarus that its normal because the hydraulic jitters... Because the clutch is so hard . I hoped that this was also the same for ours. My pedal is pretty hard, if I let go of the clutch fast it won't jitter. I hope I don't hAve a defective clutch... Thanks man!

OK, Just some HISTORY for you on Mazda Clutch Hydraulics..
Your Mazda Clutch Slave Cylinder Bore/Inside and Parts dates back to 1985 (yes nearly 30 years) first used in FC RX-7, also used in MX-5, B, E, T Series Trucks with 4.6 litre 4 cylinder Diesel Engines. (FB01-49-460 Slave Kit).
Your Clutch Master Cylinder Bore/Inside And Parts also dates back to the same models as Slave Cylinder since 1985 (B312-41-52Z Clutch MC Kit).
So to answer your original question about an 'upgrade' to your Hydraulics because of your new Clutch Plate and Pressure Plate, etc, I would say definitely NO.
When you have a Mazda large truck which uses a much larger Clutch Plate 'system' than any Rotary, and carries many tons in weight, I call any 'upgrade' as not needed and unnecessary.
Just make sure what you already have is in good working order/specification.

MUHAHAHA!
YOU all NooooooooBBBBS !
There is one vendor and only 1 that sells a bigger Clutch Slave Release ... and that's Japan's Fujita-Engineering
I have it years ago, took it out about a year something 2 ago cuz I thought it failed, but it end up being the Clutch Master that failed. Haven't reinstall it yet.
I think they use the stock piece and "enlarge" it and use some custom pistons in it. it does help to make Clutch engagement smoother.

I am not a mechanic, I do this for fun on my spare time. I have rebuilt a few rotary engines and have done all my installs. This place is a great resource, the members are awesome at responding to my questions. As I learn I share my mistakes so if anyone reads my threads they will hopefully not make the same mistakes I did.
