I'm getting ready for my first oil change....taking it into the dealer for this and recall, etc.....it was suggested to me by my local speed shop to use synthetic oil ie Mobil 1....I have a couple of questions:

1. is it ok to use synthetic oil in a renesis engine?
2. has anyone used it?
3. does it reduce the amount of oil that's burned?
