Did a search for clicking sound, didn't really find anything that helped me out. Any ideas? I took this video from my cell phone this morning. Sounds like it's coming from the driver's side. Recently replaced coils, and spark plugs within the last six months.

Have you got under there and pushed on things when it's running, it sounds like a exhaust hanger or shield maybe.

 

What do you mean, like worked on it while the car was running? I've never been under the car while it was running. Might check it out tomorrow when I have time.

 

Lay down on the ground near the noise. Get a screw driver or a tool that you can use to push on parts to see if you might stop the noise. Then you can see what needs to be tightened up.

 

what was your issue with this my car just started to do this tonight and its really annoying it sounds like keys that keep hitting each other. Its dark out now but it seems like exhaust is hitting cross member??? Just getting some ideas before i go look tomorrow

 

Mine recently started making the exact same noise. Seems to stop after 4 mins of driving though :S

 

My car makes the same noise but usually only during hard acceleration. Anyone know what might be causing this?
