I have a 2005 Rx8 and Everytime I try to start it takes a couple seconds followed by this screeching sound and then it turns on I thought it was my plugs but I changed them and the noise was still lingering I changed my battery and starter and its still around those anybody have a clue of what my problem may be can it be the weather

 

its the sound of a rotary

 

Youre saying its my engine making that sound

 

Sounds like the engine is starting with the A/C compressor engaged (defrost mode?), check the tension on the belts; A/C and Alt.
