small gaps in side aero flares

Anyone with side aero flares with small gaps? I had the dealership put it on and it wasn't a perfect job. They even told me it was the first one they ever put on.
I also have a feeling they didn't put in any touch up paint when they drilled in the holes in the body.

The 2 questions I have are: does anyone out there have small gaps in the side aero flare? Is there any chance of the drilled holes rusting in the future? (the last question is making me lose sleep)... Thanks everyone!

i just had mine put on by the dealership too. mine has a small gap towards the front of the flare on the top side and looks like there's a small piece of white double stick tape in there too. I never bothered opening the box that my side flares came in. I'm not going to make a big deal about this since the gap seems consistent on both sides.
