shaking, please help

Well I did everything I changed my spark plugs, coils, and checked for a vacuum leak and they’re all good but my car still has really shity idling and shakes. And it only happens when the cars warmed up. Also it gets worse as I drive it more and the car warms up more. Please someone help me. im so lost, I don’t know what to do anymore.

I have a 2004 rx8 with 31000 and all I’ve done to it is mazdaspeed intake and exhaust. Oh and also I have a lot of unusual back pressure, the exhaust pops a lot more than it used to.

Do you get any CEL? Misfires?
Do you have the latest flash?
Have you looked into the motor mounts?

popping doesn't mean a lot of unusual back pressure, popping usually means you're running rich.

back pressure is caused by restrictions in the exhaust. IE. catalytic converter, turbines, small piping, etc

No it’s a manual and I do have Misfires. I think it has something to do with the intake because it started doing that ever since I put the intake on. Btw thanks, I really appreciate you guys trying to help
