Series II cluster in a series I 8??

I like the looks of the R3 cluster, and would love to put it in my 2004. Does anybody know if this will work? If its gonna be a ton of work, then I won't do it. But if its a direct swap, then I might just do it!

I know. I'm gonna look around and see if I can get a wiring diagram of the pinout. I went ahead and ordered the cluster ( I GOT IT FOR $75 with FREE shipping!).
