Hey, so I am wiring up a different circuit than what is originally suggested with the rx8strakes.com footwell lights.

In order to do it I need to know the voltage that they use to make sure I don't send too much power to the lights from a constant source.

Does anyone know the voltage they require to run?

 

12v.. like anything else in the car?

also.. though it may probably be unlikely.. make sure the circuit you tap into can handle the additional load (amperage) from the lights.

 

yes 12v(uh 12v battery) and like al said make sure the amperage will not go over what the circuit fuse is that ur tapping into or u will blow a fuse! constantly
