I did an oil change at 20k miles, now I'm at 22k miles but my oil meter stick is still half way! Usually I add a quart of 5w20 every 1500 miles. Is there something wrong with the OMP or is it just winter time? But I don't think the OMP would have problems at 20k miles will it?

OMP lines probably clogged. Clean them out ASAP with the instructions in HiFlite's link.

 

There is no proof anything done in that thread works. If you are not burning oil you need to properly diagnose the problem.

The cleaning seems to work. I also just got done with temporarily plugging the vent line to see the oil move in the lines while I had things apart and it was easy to look at. Frankly though, I'm not convinced the OP has a problem - his question was so poorly posed it's hard to make a sensible response.

 

yeah not sure what he means. I just noticed the 20k remark so I doubt his lines or injectors are clogged with that low mileage
