rx8 engine swap

Is there anyway to possibly put an RX7 engine in an RX8? Like would a cosmo engine go in to an RX8. Any Responses to this would be awesome. Thanks

putting a 13b-rew is a step backwards in technology IMO and I think it would require a lot of work for not much gain. i would also assume you would have to replace the drivetrain also.

a 20b in an 8 is cool though. still have to swap drivetrain though.
