Yeah, that's a busted link. I've been trying to get the mod to fix that for months and it hasn't been done. Go back to the thread where you found the busted link and the second post in that thread has a link to the correct link. Yes, you read that correctly--a link to a link. Sheeeesh!

Does the dealer have to fix something that has been broken if there is a TSB for it? My trunk lid closed and broke the top of my brake light and this has a TSB for this problem. I was wondering how to approach the dealer to tell them to replace it.

Simple. Print out the service bulletin and take it to the dealer along with the car. They may or may not be instantly aware of the bulletin, so if you have it with you it will save time. But I wouldn't "throw" it in their face and demand a fix. Kind of like, "Oh, by the way, I just happen to have a copy of the relevant service bulletin".
