ON Replacement transmission for FI 13B

Hey, I've destroyed two transmissions in my rx-8 now due to aggressive shifting (at redline) and dropping the clutch... I'm looking for a replacement transmission that wont require a massive amount of modding that can handle a beating on a day to day basis, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! (*both times the synchros were cooked so hopefully that helps*)
