Replacement Battery Cable Ends?

Anyone knows where to get replacements to the battery cable ends, and how to replace them? This past winter on a couple colder mornings I had to loosen, wiggle and re-tighten the connectors to get the car running. I cleaned them before but apparently it didn't really help. Thx in advance!

Autozone. Have them install it too, it's not that expensive.

It's two nuts to tighten. The new ones come with a finger wing nut for the cable end. You may consider replacing that with a real nut.
I wouldn't expect a auto parts store to replace them. I know they sometime replace wiper blades for you, but thats about it.
