looks convenient for those cold mornings when you need time to sufficiently warm up the engine. There are no reviews on amazon so I would like to know if anybody had installed this in their car with the keyless entry and ignition system.

 

a few people have the viper system and a manual car, so remote start isnt an issue i dont think. its whether this certain product works or not.

and exhaust+remote start = win

maybe not with an rx8 though :/ any v8 with a catback

and coming out to an already warm car is awesome

 

Just check local laws and enforcement practices. In lots of places it's illegal to leave a running car unattended. In one of the nearby counties the police like to cruise neighborhoods on cold winter mornings.

I'm def looking for a remote start system, but I want to get one that will have an extra button that I could hook up to my horns (please search my other posts for the train horn videos lol)....I'm guessing the viper would be the way to go....but I don't want to disable my existing factory keyless system....so I guess just have the viper setup for remote start and a button for the horns...is this possible?
