Use Royal Purple in the trans. I can now place a drink in the cupholder and still have ice in it when I get Home!!!!

 

Just joining in to say I agree...about the oils that is, leave me out of the washer feud! :p

I am with Dark8 , I use about 2/3 of Redline 75/90 gear oil, and about 1/3 of the thinner MTL - shifts 100% better, now feels like a Miata 'box.

...and very much in agreement with Rotario , that a decent name brand synthetic is vastly better than ANY dino oil on the market.

I went with Amsoil 75/90 ..Happy with it especially in winter months.. Smooth shifting almost immediatly
