some but not all of them... some hobby shops (depending on the base) have mitchell on demand and you can print out removal/install directions as a guide. there's a lot of DIY write-ups in this forum as well. DIY Section – by Category and Alphabetically

sway bars (stibilizer bars/anti-roll bars) will reduce body roll on your car; they come in different sizes, depending o the manufacturer and some are adjustable...
before you start upgrading your parts (performance-wise), it would be a great idea to know your car's limitation first and then replace the parts that you feel is necessary. See if there's an HPDE event in your area, that will get you well acquainted with your car.
...It's kinda like improving with your car, increase your car's capability by upgrading parts as your skill level develops via track events. (that's my NCO/interpersonal approach, ALS style LOL)

Tex, get three HPDE track days under your belt and then report back what youu have learned. Once you have learned to "rotate the car", "clip the apex", and "give the point" you will be assessed for potential yellow-belt status and allowed the secrets to more power.

The Professor
Shameless Black Halo Racing Plug:
The easiest way to install swaybars is to take off the radiator, then the swaybar will easily go in and out. So think about upgrading the radiator during swaybar install time.

In Massachusetts, they clover-style highway entrances and every know and then I would take the corners at 60-70 mph. That's my favorite part about driving the RX8, but now I'm stuck in Oklahoma and where I am all they have are straight aways...BORING!!
I noticed when shifting that first to second is a little rough, and as I was reading some of the threads about the AFE short shifter one person claims it solved that for him.

I almost know my car's limitations...when I was station at Hanscom AFB, Mass., my friend, who has a 2006 Honda Civic SI, and I went at it on a straight away before getting back to the base late at night.
