Raising the height of the throttle.

Yeah..., title says it all. I'm trying to do heel toe, and I'd imagine a higher throttle will aid me in this.

Is there a way to adjust the height (both up and down)?

I haven't seen any posts on that. There's a DIY on bringing the throttle closer to the brake by moving the plate over one hole.

Hard to picture why you need the throttle higher. Most of us heel and toe using the side of the foot on the throttle. That means the throttle pedal is already higher than the brake pedal.

Are you sitting too far back, so that your foot is kind of tip-toe when on the brake?

I sit at a distance where if I put my clutch down all the way, my knee is still bent just slightly.

Well, maybe it's the way I do heel-toe. What I do is I plant my toes on the brakes, and swing my heel around to hit the gas. Some people call it "JDM style", since a lot of Japanese drivers do it that way. Problem is, when I do it like that, light braking goes out the window, and my braking pressure is inconsistent. I'm not sure if higher or lower gas pedals will help, but I'd like to at least know how to adjust it, so I can set it up to my favor.

If I do it "American style", like rolling off the foot and hitting the gas, I can't get the gas to blip enough.
