Question about Start Button

I have the Rx8 cosmo edition(full extra)and i just saw an rx8 with a start button and i love it.But i have a question.What is the procedure for the car to start???you just put the key and hit the start button???you don't need to turn it????

turn the key to "on" then push start button. where is salonika?

Cosmo is a full pack edition in Greece.
