Pulley Set

Just wanted to know if anyone had some thoughts on Unorthodox Pulley Set (Underdrive) for my RX8. I'm looking to purchase a set, but I'm not quite sure how it will affect my car....Good/Bad idea? What should I know before I do it? Thanks!
