So I got the kit and everything works.

I tapped into the wrong wires because when the doors are shut and car is off, the lights are still on. I tapped into the blue with red strip like the instructions said. I obviously got the wrong one.

So can anyone give a better picture or a better explanation of which wire to tap into?

well one thing to add is after I finished wiring them I turned on the car and all my radio stations were defaulted, and the trip counter (thing for miles) was reset to 0. And the lights were plugged in at that time and they were almost strobing.

I am not kinda curious what wire I did hit.
