Power Steering Shakes when Pulling out!

Hey guys, looking on this forum i can see that my 05 rx8 may not use power steering fluid because it comes with an electric one. So the fluid i bought today may not be of use. My problem is that when I pull out of my drive way and start to turn the wheel the steering rocks ( shakes) and is very stiff. Once the car get going the steering is fine. (though still a little stiffer than usual. Any idea on what can be the cause of this?

2nd question:
Under the hood I see 2 resisvor, a black one (transmission) and a yellow one (not the engine oil) , what is the yellow one for?

clean your steering sensor, search under diy no ps fluid
#2 i think your looking at coolant(in front of the battery) black one is washer fluid(pass side firewall). take some pics to be sure.
