Power steering failure.

Power steering failure.
Alright guys, it's late, I'm tired and I need to advice on this matter. A couple of days ago my power steering light came on while I was on the highway. Of course I lost the steering assist. I've done some research and found that the common issue with the coolant overflow boiling over. So I took everything apart and got down to the intermediate harness. But oddly enough the two harness were clean.. I've isolated the intermediate harness and did a Ohms/Resistance check.
I had continuity on the torque sensor wires and the power feed wire to the rack. My resistance was about .01 OHMS, which I can safely say there's no corrosion on those wires. Physically they were clean and the readings show that the are good. I tested source voltage to the EPS unit and It had 12.5 volts but what it was spitting out from the unit to the power feed harness that goes to the rack was around 3 volts. Could the unit be bad?
I tested the connection where the power wires go on the rack. So far it had continuity at the rack. The three wires that run to the torque sensor showed the 5 volt reference. and .50 volts on the middle wire.
My question is, do you guys know a way to test the torque sensor before I end up slapping a new EPS unit into this thing? Any other ideas would be appreciated. I even cleaned the harness up just to make sure, but The light is still on and when I checked for codes it gives me a B1342 for module failure of the keyless module? Does that even make sense for this?! Thanks in advance!

Well.. I guess I found answers to my own question. For anyone else that is having trouble with there P/S and have access to a scan tool/ DMM or Volt meter this site might be helpful.. :D
