Pop / clunk only when turning right.

04 6spd suspension and rims completely stock.

When turning right at low speeds usually almost all the way to full lock I hear/feel a pop/clunk from the front passenger side. Also happens at moderate speed turning in sometimes.
I've done a bunch of searching and I have replaced the sway bar endlinks. I've greased the sway bar bushings. I've checked all crossmembers and suspension bolts for tightness. I've tried moving the wheel and I don't believe it's a wheel bearing (no play). I can replicate the sound while stationary and turning the wheel to full lock right but its impossible to track down where it's coming from. Please help!

Left/right correlation doesn't quite match, but it might be what's described in the "Snapping noise..." service bulletin. Or maybe the "Noise from front..." one.

Ken, I replaced the sway bar end links with OEM ones which was the first tsb u mentioned. I forgot to mention that I already tried cleaning the wheel/rotor surfaces with some emery cloth already. However now that I've read the tsb then I think I will try removing the rotor and doing a better job than 2 mins. I should also mention that this only started happening after taking my wheel off cleaning my ssv. I will report back tomorrow after I get a chance.
