Exclamation Please Help Me !!! Problem With Engine

I have huge problem. I bought mazda rx-8 high power after crash. The car was hit front and underside. After repairing my car when I try to startup engine at the first time I observe these symptoms:

Engine started up normaly and work properly for a moment (15 sec.) then I observe a huge volumes of steam water in exhaust gases from exhaust pipes. I also observe scavenge of gases into cooling system (bubbles in coolant reserve tank).

Can you help me to resolve this problem ?

Rotor housing seals are kaput. Coolant is entering the combustion chamber.
So sorry.

Ouch. Where are you located? Maybe someone near you will suggest a good shop.
