Please don't tell me I bricked my pcm!!!!!!

Well first my car had threw a cel for P0103 so i checked the volts via AP and they were pegged @ 5v. I traced the grd wire going to the maf and found the culprit. While resoldering the GRD wire I managed to short or blow something as I heard the sound when it happened (I guess I need to mention the sound distinctively came from the engine bay fuse box). I went to try & start the car & nothing but a constant clicking sound coming from the engine bay fuse box & my security light flashing real quick.

I try to connect the AP and unsuccesful, can't retreive or read anything from pcm via AP. I checked the 15A engine fuse and it is fine. Is there another fuse I need to check? Please tell me it just a fuse!?!?!?!?!?

This couldn't come @ worst time, just finished having my engine replaced, holidays around the corner and now this........

You're gonna have to check all the fuses in that engine bay box and then maybe some relays. But first..........make sure what ever you did re-wire is now right! I don't think you blew the 120a main fuse but it's really hard to really say without being there.
I assume your dash lights up and how about you headlights, radio, etc? What about you horn? Fog lights?
Knowing what works and what doesn't might help us narrow it down.............Do all this without trying to start the car!

Sounds like a relay......but the PCM might be triggering it on and off... Check all the fuses and relays before you worry about the PCM

You can get a used PCM and have it re-built with "as built" data for about 2hrs of work at the dealer...just don't buy a PCM from them They want $1500 or so for one

Check the room fuse inside the car..I think it powers the OBD plug....

Yes everything inside the cabin works fine instrument panel & everything. Will go & check all the fuses inside the cabin & bay. Are the relays those big black 12v things inside the fuse box? The one labeled ignition is the one that clicks like crazy whenever I turn the key to "ON" position.

Also where is the main 120A fuse located?

Oh & the AP comes on I just can't connect to the PCM, it stays stuck on the connecting screen

Oh and what measurements/readings and I'm looking for when checking the relays? does the continuity need to meet a certain range or something?

If that relay is clicking, then it not the main 120a..............don't worry about that.
So it's the ignition relay? Well, you got a an IG fuse(a 30a) at location 23.
Looking from the front of the car, you see the two sets of three relays towrdas you and in the left side of the box? Is the one that is clicking just above those and just a little to the right?

Believe it or not, I need to know if your horn works!

You can very lightly tap on that relay that's clicking or move it around just a little bit and then try it again. You could also unplug it and then plug it back in and see if that does it.
CAUTION................don't bang on the relay too hard or move it around to roughly or you could cause it to go bad............even if it's not.

Ok went back over all the fuses again in the engine bay and I must have missed it but one of the EGI 10A comp fuses were blown. I replaced it and car was back online but my Maf sensor voltage is still pegged @ 5v. Oh well I rather it be a $119 Maf sensor then a $1600 reprogrammed ecu
