Paint or replace rusty rotor dust guards?

Question - I'm about to replace the rotors, brakes, etc. with nice shiney new parts. Has Mazda solved the rusty, rotor dust guard blight (mine is an '05) on '06+ models? If so does anyone have the part numbers? I'd like these to look as good as the new rotors.

Otherwise, how big of a PITA is it to paint these silver?

If the rotors are off, just paint spray paint them with some high temp silver paint, and then clean the paint off the rotor face before mounting.
