P0662 SSV Solenoid Fixed ?

Err ..... *sweat*

Well, first of all, excuse for my dirty engine look, cuz I havent clean it for a long while ....

Ok, I have this P0662 code for *quite* some time, it showed up couple months ago, but for some reason the CEL *completely* disappeared for the whole winter months ...

it came back this morning. I dont like to see the CEL so I decided maybe I should start reading the Service Manual for more information ...

Ok, the SSV is the middle one behind(more like under) the intake manifold. well, it seems that I cannot see it from the outside(maybe thats the reason why dealership back then try to blame the CEL on my intake, said will order parts but never called me back, those asswipe)

but See the picture. I tabbing around the wires in the top circle. then I tabe the tube in the bottom circle. (with my hands, of course)

Guess what, I did 2 drive cycle and the CEL disappered. 2 more, even pending code disappered.

Well now I wanna know, what would be the possible cause? all I can think is the connector or something is loose. and is there a way to replace it without taking the intake manifold off ? (cuz its a PAIN IN THE ***)

BTW, I have no problem driving the car even with CEL. Everything is fine.

Yaaaaa--- going to turn you in for engine abuse man!!!!!!!!!
JK--it was just probably a loose connection on the vacuum solenoid that goes to the ssv. Maybe some corrosion there.
SSV will not work right probably when that is going on.
if the code comes back check your stft's and see if they change.
