p 0172 trouble code

p 0172 trouble code
Hi all,
Got a 04 55,000km 8. The other day cell light came on. Scanned thru obd2 found error code p0172. The scan also showed no value on o2 bank 01 sensor01. Had value on o2 bank01 sensor 2.
Replaced sensor 1 now no cel light but
scan shows open loop and still no value on bank 01 sensor 1. Ran an emission test. The readings
co 1.46%
Co2 14.1%
BC hexan 774
o2 0.14%
any ideas why its not showing sensor 1 values and not on closed loop.
